The beach is directly opposite the building (1 minute on foot). The Old Town is a 30-minute walk or 8 minutes by car. Nice-Ville train station is 25 minutes on foot.
Is there parking nearby?
Several covered car parks are within a 5-minute walk: Parking Massena and Parking Verdun are the closest. We will share practical details upon booking.
